Hi Nina,

They say the unlisted ones should be neutral. I have not seen the following mushrooms listed as bad for any genotype, so I would think they would be neutral: Chaga! Cordyceps, Lions Mane, Turkey Tail, psilocybin. I believe there are quite a few others that I am unfamiliar with. If you are doing well with Chaga, it’s probably good for you! Do you know your blood type?

I think even fewer people know their genotype, but to elaborate a little more on what I said in the last post, blood type Os can be three different genotypes, and the Gatherer genotype does well with a lot of mushrooms that they other two do not. The blood types make more gross generalizations saying that Os shouldn’t eat any mushrooms, but you can see that isn’t necessarily true for all Os, maybe not any.
